Counselling is a process aimed at supporting individuals through the difficulties of every day life. It aims to help individuals understand their difficulties and reach a decision on what to do about them.
The Wynd Centre (on paisley.org.uk or their Facebook Page ) offers a counselling service available to anyone aged 16 or over. People looking for counselling can contact the centre in person or telephone (listed below). Counselling sessions take place from 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and the office is open for calls between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
