From 11th March 2019
We have listened to your feedback and are
changing our GP appointment system.
Changes:
- Option to prebook GP appointments up
to 2 weeks in advance - Make GP on the day appointments
without speaking to a GP first - Have more GP appointments available
Staff will still require some information
regarding your call with a brief description of
what is wrong. They can then direct you to
the appropriate services.
In order to provide more appointments, the
GPs will be less available to speak to you
over the phone, but will still have some
phone appointments available.
