If you require a repeat prescription, please contact the prescription line on 0141 843 3732 then select option 2. This is an answering machine where you will be asked to leave some details. Alternatively you can use the tear off page opposite your last prescription and post it to the practice.
Prescriptions will be ready for collection in 2 working days or alternatively you can arrange for your regular chemist to collect the prescription for you. If any of the items you are requesting are NOT on your repeat medication list you should telephone the practice BEFORE collection to make sure your prescription has been done as they may not be automatically issued.
Due to Covid-19, we are reducing footfall in the practice and request that you arrange for you prescription to be uplifted by one of the local chemists. Do not collect your prescription from the surgery unless you have been advised to do so.
If you are taking long term medication you may get a repeat prescription by phoning, visiting the surgery or by sending a stamped address envelope. If you telephone you will hear a recorded message for you to then record your prescription. All prescriptions will be ready within two working days.
