Linked above is a recording that can help relieve stress, help you sleep, reduce anxiety, and help you cope with daily life. It should be listened to in a quiet room by yourself with no interruptions. Sit or lie with your head supported - in bed or in a reclining chair.
This recording must not be played in the car or while operating heavy machinery. You may fall asleep while listening to this tape. It lasts for roughly 24 minutes, so set an alarm for half an hour if you do not wish to sleep.
